The property includes six professionally designed, four-story townhomes, each featuring 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and a private bathroom for every bedroom. Each townhome sleeps up to 10 guests, allowing large families, wedding parties, corporate groups, sports teams, and friends to stay side by side while still enjoying their own private living spaces.

Instead of splitting your group between different hotels or rentals across the city, everyone can stay together in one connected setting. Reserve one townhome or all six, with the ability to open the backyard gates between units and create a shared space for your entire group.

Every townhome includes a commercial-style chef’s kitchen, electric fireplace, televisions in every room, a dedicated workstation, Tesla charger, premium furnishings, and original artwork from local Dallas artists. Guests can also enjoy a 10-person poker table, a four-player arcade with approximately 2,000 games, private outdoor grills, multiple terraces, and spacious gathering areas designed for entertaining.
